Refund

Refund Policy

At Happyland Cane Corso Puppies, we are committed to ensuring that you and your new puppy have a positive and happy experience. While we strive to match each of our puppies with the perfect family, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or other resolutions may be provided.

General Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit

    • A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases where Happyland Cane Corso Puppies is unable to fulfill your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient puppies in the litter, health concerns). In such cases, you may choose to receive a refund of your deposit or transfer it to a future litter.
  2. Final Payment

    • The remaining balance is due before the puppy is released to you. Once the puppy leaves our care, refunds are limited to the terms outlined below.

Refund Terms

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Health-Related Refunds

  1. Initial Health Guarantee (First 7 Days):

    • If your veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a life-threatening illness or contagious disease within the first seven (7) days of purchase, you must notify us immediately. If the illness is verified to have originated from our care:
      • You may return the puppy and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
      • Alternatively, you may choose to receive a replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter (subject to availability).
  2. Congenital/Hereditary Health Issues (First Year):

    • If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition within the first year, Happyland Cane Corso Puppies will offer:
      • A replacement puppy of equal value from a future litter (subject to availability).
      • A partial refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Health-Related Refunds

We do not offer refunds for non-health-related reasons, such as:

  • A change in your circumstances (e.g., relocation, financial difficulties).
  • Behavioral issues arising after the puppy leaves our care, as these often result from training, environment, or owner practices.
  • Personal dissatisfaction not related to the puppy’s health or condition.

Owner Responsibilities for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The puppy must be returned to Happyland Cane Corso Puppies in good physical condition, unless otherwise stated in the claim.
  2. The buyer must provide written documentation and a diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian to support the claim.
  3. Happyland Cane Corso Puppies reserves the right to request a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choosing.
  4. The buyer must fulfill their responsibilities for proper care, including timely veterinary visits, vaccinations, and a healthy living environment.

Deposits for Future Litters

If circumstances prevent you from taking home your reserved puppy, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter within one (1) year, subject to availability. Deposits not used within this time frame will be forfeited.

Final Considerations

Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the puppy and do not cover additional expenses such as transportation, veterinary bills, training costs, or supplies.

Our goal is to ensure every puppy finds a loving, permanent home. If at any point you are unable to care for your Cane Corso, we encourage you to reach out to us. While we do not offer refunds in such cases, we will work with you to rehome the puppy responsibly.
